Leading agriculture company in Russia looking for Experienced Cattlemen to manage large cattle ranches.



DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing, teaching and helping with all ranch operations including: horsemanship, low stress cattle handling, roping, doctoring, calving, weaning, vaccinations, pasture planning and rotation, feed rations and premix knowledge, inspection and maintenance of fences, gates and windbreaks. THE MAIN FOCUS OF THE JOB IS TO TRAIN RUSSIAN EMPLOYEES IN ALL AREAS.



REQUIREMENTS:

*Must have experience running large cattle outfit.



*Must attend 4 day assessment/training program stationed in Bryan, Texas before being hired.

---Room and board will be provided for the duration of your stay. ---Transportation is your only expense to attend assessment/training program.

---There will be 2 days of assessing horsemanship and cattle handling skills, but most importantly, your ability to TEACH and interact with others.

---The 3rd and 4th day will be going over company protocol and the information required to do the job well.



*Must be in good physical condition MOST WORK IS DONE HORSEBACK AT LEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK. MANY HOURS IN THE SADDLE! (NO 4-WHEELERS) This is a very physically demanding job.



* Must be proficient with roping skills. This is one of the most important skills you will be teaching Russian cowboys.



*Must speak fluent English.



*Must be patient and have a ability to teach and help employees learn.
