Santa Fe Ranch is seeking an all-around hand. We are a 3000ac backgrounding operation in southwest Missouri running an average of 4,000hd annually. Seeking honest, hard working, clean individuals that can cowboy, run late model John Deere equipment for hay production and cropping. Possess mechanical and welding skills, and can work on their own. Working facilities are nice and cattle knowledge is key! Being able to spot, pull, and doctor in the pasture is imperative. We also have a 60,000hd poultry operation and at times, but not very often, everyone has to chip in. Housing can be provided to the right individuals. Competitive pay and a half beef after one year. We are very selective in who we hire, but its a great environment, team, and reward. We do not micro-manage and aren’t looking to babysit, so if you’re that driven go-getter then don’t hesitate to give Brandon a call today!
