My name is Matt Nielsen, I am a young coming 21 year old man looking for a ranch job where I can grow as a hand and overall person. Hoping to find a family oriented ranch with a strong and healthy work enviroment. Let me tell you a brief description of myself, I first went to school in Oklahoma when I was 18 where I learned how to shoe horses professionally and followed a couple world class shoers for a small period of time. I shod for the public for 2 years, one year previous just for myself and my horses I was working. The last half year I was hired on by a Horse operation in West Texas where I did everything from working horses, breeding horses, to giving cows shots, branding, castrating, to fixing fence and grunt work. I can run tractors and skid loaders well. I would like to advance my knowledge in cattle and handling and doctoring them by chute and by means of horseback. I have a strong work ethic, eager to learn more and new things and I am easy to get along with. I’d prefer to stay in the Midwest but am willing to relocate for the right job.
