Seasonal Property

Caretaker Wanted

April through October 2027

We’re accepting applications for a dependable caretaker to look after our homes and

yards on our 65-acre ranch while we’re in Idaho running our storage facilities. There

are currently no animals on the ranch.

Paid seasonal position with a rent-free RV space

It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys gardening, working outdoors, and living in a

quiet country setting. Retirees are welcome to apply, and we’re open to individuals

or couples.

You’ll need to bring your own RV and be available for the full season. We’ll discuss

pay and expected hours privately with applicants.

Caretaking duties

• Mowing and watering the lawns

• Pulling weeds and keeping flower beds tidy

• Watering and tending to the flowers

• Keeping an eye on the homes and letting us know if anything needs attention
