Description:
Huckleberry is an extremely flashy Clydesdale gelding with all the chrome you could ask for! He has the hair, the big white socks, the bald face, and even a blue eye. He is kind, gentle, friendly, and extremely user-friendly. He rides both English and Western, is excellent out on the trails, and is lovely over fences.

Huckleberry is the point-and-kick type. He is very simple and easy to ride, with great transitions both up and down. He stands quietly at the mounting block and handles time off like a gentleman. He is incredibly friendly, will come find you, and genuinely enjoys human interaction.

Huckleberry is amazing out on the trails. He takes everything in stride with the laid-back attitude that makes him such a pleasure to ride. He is sure-footed, confident, and happy to lead or follow. He is very safe, uncomplicated, and an all-around fun ride. We have also used him in and around cattle, which he seems to enjoy as well.

Huckleberry has been started over fences and is smooth, bold, and willing. He would make a great fox hunting horse for any flight. He has plenty of scope, is careful with his feet, and has exceptionally smooth movement. He is a comfortable, enjoyable ride with the ability to go in several directions.

Huckleberry is as rock-solid as we find them and truly takes everything we throw at him in a relaxed, level-headed manner. He has been exposed to all the everyday sights and sounds, including quads, kids, dogs, cats, tarps, ponies, goats, and more. He truly aims to please and has the kind of disposition that makes him easy to love. He is great with his feet, stands tied quietly, and pastures well with others.

He is sound, straight-legged, and sells with a current PPE. FMI, call/text Chanel with Holland Horse Company at 559-978-6320. We are happy to answer questions, schedule a test ride, and help arrange shipping nationwide.
