Description:
Seeking Ranch or Agricultural Business Investment Opportunity – USA

Agricultural professional currently based in Alberta, Canada, seeking an investment and operating opportunity in the United States.

I hold a degree in Agriculture and have practical experience in beef cattle and cow-calf operations, ranch and land management, livestock production, and agricultural machinery sales. My background includes experience working in Canada, the USA and the U.K.

I am looking to invest a decent amount of money (to be discussed with people who are interested), alongside an experienced ranch owner, absentee landowner or established agricultural business. I am particularly interested in opportunities where I can contribute both capital and hands-on management, with the potential to build a long-term business and partnership.

Areas of interest include:

* Leasing or operating a ranch, farm or grazing property.

* Investing in an existing cow-calf, stocker or livestock operation.

* Buying into an established agricultural or ranch services business.

* Partnering with a landowner to develop livestock production, grazing or land management enterprises.

* Acquiring or developing an agricultural services, livestock equipment or auction-related business.

Open to different regions of the United States, with most of my experience and focus being relevant to the west. We have spent some time and have family in AR, so areas like Missouri or the mid west or south also are of interest. with particular interest in opportunities offering sound long-term potential, a good working partnership and a pathway to establishing a permanent family base.

I am practical, commercially minded and keen to find the right opportunity where investment, hard work and agricultural experience can create mutual benefit.

Please contact me with details of your operation, the opportunity available and your expectations for a potential investment or partnership. Serious enquiries only. jhjenkins93@gmail.com +1 403 312 9055
