With his eye-catching color, stout muscular build, and an even more impressive disposition, Happy is the kind of horse that turns heads everywhere he goes and wins hearts everywhere he stops! But what makes this spotted gentleman truly special isn’t just his looks—it’s his incredibly quiet, gentle, and happy-go-lucky personality! Happy is the definition of safe, slow, and steady! If you’re looking for a horse that will build confidence rather than test it, you’ve found your guy! Happy is exceptionally laid-back, patient, forgiving, and uncomplicated, making him an outstanding choice for beginners, children, older riders, or anyone wanting to learn the ropes of horseback riding. He isn’t in a hurry to get anywhere, doesn’t look for things to spook at, and is perfectly content taking life one easy step at a time. He’s the kind of horse that allows you to relax, learn, and genuinely enjoy every minute in the saddle! When it comes to trail riding, Happy is as dependable as they come! Point him toward a creek, river crossing, muddy ditch, steep hill, rocky terrain, fallen timber, narrow trail, wooden bridge, or just about any other obstacle Mother Nature can throw his way, and Happy takes it all in stride! He confidently crosses logs, water, brush, and uneven ground without hesitation or unnecessary excitement. He’s not spooky, doesn’t get worked up over unfamiliar surroundings, and maintains that same slow, easygoing pace whether he’s leading the group or bringing up the rear. Happy is the kind of horse you can trust to take care of his rider while making every trail ride enjoyable! Don’t let Happy’s relaxed personality fool you! When asked, he steps right up and shows off his training. He lopes beautiful, comfortable circles, has a wonderful smooth jog, and is an absolute pleasure to ride around the arena. He’s also been ridden English and has proven himself over the jumps! Whether you’re learning the basics, enjoying an afternoon in the arena, exploring the trails, or having some fun over jumps, Happy is a willing partner who enjoys whatever the day brings. Happy absolutely loves people! He’s exceptionally friendly, personable, and always ready to make a new best friend. He’s the kind that enjoys attention, appreciates a good scratching, and makes you feel like you’re his favorite person in the world. Whether you’re a little cowboy or cowgirl just getting started or an experienced rider looking for a dependable companion, Happy has a way of making everyone feel special. Some horses make you a better rider. Others make you love riding. Happy does both and he didn’t get his name by accident...
