Jellybean is a big, stout-made black gelding with an awesome temperament and a personality that makes him enjoyable to have around. He’s gentle, easygoing, willing, and just plain fun to ride. Whether you want one to use around the ranch, take down the trail, or keep progressing in the arena, he’s the kind you can get a lot of use out of. He has all the makings of a really nice all-around ranch and rodeo horse. We have him going pretty good on the head side, he’s showing a lot of promise, handles cattle well, and continues to get better with every trip. With more hauling and seasoning, I think he has the potential to make a really cool head horse. We’ve also barely started him on the barrels, and he’s taken to it naturally. He’s athletic for a stout horse, willing to learn, and gives you the same good attitude no matter what you ask him to do. What really makes Jellybean stand out is his mind. He’s not the kind you have to make excuses for. He’s uncomplicated, personable, and the type of gelding the whole family can enjoy. At only 6 years old, he has his whole life ahead of him and plenty of room to keep progressing. Use him on the ranch, keep roping on him, finish him on the barrels, trail ride him, or turn him into your next all-around rodeo horse.
