Description:
Seasonal Shop, Property & Horse Help Needed

North Central Idaho | Immediate Start Through January 1

We’re a welding fabrication business on a small ranch property looking for seasonal help. This could be a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, is self-motivated, and doesn’t mind tackling some of the less glamorous jobs that come with maintaining a working property.

A typical day might include:

Sweeping and vacuuming the shop

Organizing tools and work areas

Picking up supplies or running errands in town

Building or repairing fence

Feeding and caring for horses

Light horse exercise/workouts

Assisting with shop and property projects

Drywall, insulation, painting, trim work, and other construction tasks

Weed whacking, yard maintenance, and seasonal cleanup

Other helpful skills may include:

Welding or fabrication experience

Tractor operation

Vehicle maintenance

Hauling and material pickup/delivery

General ranch or horse experience

We’re working hard to get caught up on projects and improve the property before winter. Looking for someone who can jump in where needed and isn’t afraid of dirty, physical work.

Pay DOE.
