Description:
Peptos Asteroid, known as “Astro,” is a 2018 AQHA gelding and a grandson of Hes A Peptospoonful. Astro was used in the cutting pen and has a good foundation working cattle. He’s a phenomenal turn back horse! He will cut, sort, and handle cattle of all types and speeds! Holds a gate well and has tons of style. Most recently Astro has plenty of experience on the trails and is comfortable riding in different environments. He handles traffic, vehicles, and the various sights and sounds you encounter while riding outside. He will cross water, travel through wooded areas, and navigate different types of terrain with no issues. He is sure footed and solid as can be. Astro is also a gentleman around the barn with good manners and no vices. He is easy to be around and has impeccable manners. Never crowds your space or gets out rude. With his resume working cattle, and time spent on the trails, Astro is a gelding that would fit well in a variety of programs. He offers a nice combination of cattle experience and everyday riding ability. He is really user friendly and can fit a variety of disciplines. Astro is sound as can be with no maintenance requirements. He will sell with a new PPE and certification of soundness. He’s a beautiful horse with a lot to offer. We can help arrange shipping nationwide and boarding is available for as long as you need.
