Experienced livestock/equine owner seeking rural land to lease



Responsible, established Colorado person seeking 5–20+ acres of rural land or small acreage in the Parker, Franktown, Castle Rock, Elizabeth, Sedalia or surrounding area.



I have a small herd of well-cared-for equines and am looking for a peaceful, long-term home base where they can live safely and comfortably.



I am open to a variety of arrangements, including:



• Pasture or agricultural land lease

• Equine/livestock use

• Partial acreage on a larger property

• Long-term lease

• Possible caretaker/property-presence arrangement

• Existing fencing and water are a plus

• Destination RV on-site living arrangement



I am experienced with livestock and equine care and understand the responsibility that comes with maintaining rural property. I am looking for a mutually beneficial arrangement with a landowner, not a commercial boarding operation.



I am also open to discussing using only a portion of a larger property if the owner does not need the entire acreage leased.



Ideal areas: Parker, Franktown, Castle Rock, Elizabeth, Sedalia and surrounding Douglas/Elbert County areas.
