Description:
Little Jennie Ranch is seeking a dependable, hardworking seasonal Ranch Hand & Cowboy to join our team for fall work in Bondurant, Wyoming. Our operation relies on a dedicated crew that takes pride in high-quality stockmanship, teamwork, and a desire for excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Gathering cattle off USFS allotments

-Livestock handling including sorting, doctoring, vaccinating, and preparing cattle for shipping.

-General ranch chores, fencing, prepping for winter.

-Operating trucks, trailers, and heavy machinery safely in mountain conditions.



Qualifications and Skills:

-Demonstrated experience roping, doctoring, and working cattle horseback. Preference will be given to someone who would bring some of their own horse flesh with them.

-Experience with low-stress cattle handling and doctoring stock

-Experience operating ranch trucks and trailers, skid steer, heavy equipment etc.

-Positive attitude, clear communication skills, a drive for organization, respect for teammates and neighbors, and happy to be at work.



Position Details:

Duration: Immediate start through December 15th, with potential for longer-term employment based on performance, skills, and seasonal fit.

Living/ Board: This position would offer living in a shared home on the ranch with your individual home. Home is less than 5 years old, fully furnished, new appliances, and amazing view.

Location: Bondurant, Wyoming.
