**This is not a cowboy position**

Single and non smoker



Family owned Texas/NM Ranch located within 40 minutes of Carlsbad NM, is currently seeking the right applicant for a long term position. The right applicant must be able to pass a back-ground check. Applicant must be able to submit references which are verifiable of current and previous employment experience upon request.



*We are looking for an individual who is self motivated, capable of working in varied weather such as heat and cold, willingness to get their hands dirty, have a willingness to learn, able to communicate effectively, very dependable and act responsibly and respectfully. Must be able to work well with others and independently. Selected applicant must have current and maintain a drivers license.



**FYI: we do not do drama!



*Job duties will/may include the following:

Shredding of pastures

Raking/baling hay

Building/Repairing barb wire fencing

Lawn maintenance

Monitoring cattle and calves for sickness

Putting out mineral and checking drinkers.

Maintenance and operation of equipment such as tractors, shredders, bull dozers, skid-steer, backhoe

Ability to weld a plus

Other duties which may come up which are not listed.

*Starting pay will be based upon experience and discussed with potential applicant(s).
