Description:
Hi, my name is Marcelo Sanchez and I知 20 years old. I値l be upfront, I don稚 have ranch experience yet. What I do have is a strong work ethic, reliability, discipline, and a genuine willingness to learn. I知 not afraid of long days, early mornings, hard work, or getting dirty. I understand that ranch work isn稚 easy, and I知 ready to put in the effort required. I知 pursuing ranch work because it痴 something that genuinely interests me, and I want to gain real world experience and develop the skills necessary to build a future in the cattle industry. My long term goal is to gain the knowledge and experience needed to eventually become a foreman on a cattle ranch. I understand that goal will take years of hard work, learning, and proving myself. I知 willing to start at the bottom, listen to those with more experience, and earn my way forward. If given an opportunity, I値l show up, listen, learn quickly, work hard, and do everything I can to become a valuable part of your operation. I知 looking for a chance to prove myself, gain experience, and learn from people who know the business.

I can start about a week after receiving a job offer, and potentially sooner if needed. You can reach me at 562-229-4866 or 72mono2006@gmail.com for my resume, references, or any questions you may have. Thank you for your time and consideration.
