Description:
Oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of a 10k acre ranch with 1,500 to 2,000 head.

OPERATES WITH HORSES

Livestock Management- oversee the feeding, water, branding, medical care of cattle, horses and other livestock. Manage breeding schedules and caving seasons. Monitor the heard for signs of disease and work closely with vet.

Ranch Hand Supervision- assign daily tasks, schedules, training, hiring seasonal help.

Land and Infrastructure Maintenance- maintain fences, pastures, and equipment.

Managing Records and Budgets- track inventory livestock, sales, medication logs, monitor costs for feed, fuel, equipment parts, etc.
