Description:
Benny is a 2021 registered Gypsy Vanner Crossbred gelding. He stands 14.3 hands tall, wears a number 3 shoe and weighs around 1200lbs. Benny has been one of our go to ranch horses and we have been hauling him to jackpots on the heeling side. This gelding has a sweet disposition, he’s easy to catch,easy to trim and shoe, and just all around easy to be around. On the ranch he has; drug calves to the fire, gathered big country, sorted and pulled bulls, doctored cattle, worked long hours at the sale barns, and just about any of the other ranch chores. He is also a very nice heel horse, he sits good in the box, leaves hard, and hunts the corner with a big stop. We have also headed a few steers on him and he doesn’t miss a beat. You don’t have to just use Benny on the ranch or in the arena, he is also a pleasure to ride up and down the trails. He crosses logs, water, bridges, and anything else you point him at. If you’re looking for a flashy gelding to ranch, rope, or just cruise the trails, this is the gelding for you.
