Description:
This is one of those groups that will sell in a hurry. At this price, don’t wait and be the guy calling after they’re sold wishing you’d jumped sooner. If they fit your program, get your name on them now. 130 head of Red Angus and Red Baldy bred heifers averaging right around 950 to 1,000 lbs with a gentle disposition and a strong northern background. They were bred primarily to Bar Lazy TL Ranch low birth weight Red Angus bulls, with the balance bred to Red Angus bulls. Bulls were turned out for 60 days, putting these heifers on track to calve March 3rd through May 3rd. They will be preg checked and ultrasound tested by a licensed veterinarian on September 4th and sorted into two groups, giving you the option to buy the first cycle or the second cycle depending on what fits your calving window. They’ve had Virasheild 6VL5 and will be poured at preg check. They can ship anytime after September 4th, and with September delivery you can contract them now with 30% down. These are good, gentle Red Angus females with some quality behind them, and they’re priced where a guy can make some sense out of them.
