Description:
Bar T Bar Ranches, located in Northern Arizona has an immediate opening for a Yearling Foreman. We are looking for a long-term candidate to fill a vital role in our yearling enterprise. We retain all our heifer calves and run them thru the summer until fall when we sell bred heifers. Candidate would be responsible for the health and wellbeing of all weaned calves from weaning until steers ship and heifers for the yearlong breeding cycle. This position requires a wide variety of skills! Low Stress Livestock Handling, Southwest Grazing Management Techniques, Herd Health, Pipeline and Well Management, High Tensile electric fence, Barbed wire fence, Ability to work alone efficiently, Team player, and Great problem-solving skills, just to name a few.

The right Candidate would be an outgoing self-starter, with good communication and record keeping skills. We are looking for someone who has a strong drive for Grazing management, and stewardship of the land.
