Description:
“Dakota” is on board with us as a part of our consignment program. She has been with us for 60 days being throughly evaluated and used in all aspects on the ranch. We can safely say she is an impeccably bred young mare with a great disposition. She is gentle in all circumstances and will fit a wide range of people. Whether you’re looking for something family safe that can be trusted with multiple ages and ability levels of rider or something that can be used on the ranch and do a job Dakota is a great fit! She is pictured with our 8 yr old daughter for her back to school photos as well as being used on the outside. The videos shown depict her nature and riding ability accurately. You can run to one in the pasture to rope and she will hold a rope and pull to load one in the trailer. She opens and closes gates with ease, navigates all terrain in the pasture and will ride off alone without any trouble. She is easy to catch whether she’s stall kept or pasture kept and is always ready for the day with a willing and kind demeanor. Dakota is not a horse that needs to be ridden daily. She stays gentle in all circumstances. We have used her on the ranch, at the cow sale and had multiple ages of riders on her. She is the same horse very day unwaveringly. This mare is ready to be a lifelong partner. For further info or with any questions please contact Joel at 936-222-7072.
