The Silver Spur, Bell Ranch in Solano, New Mexico is Hiring!

Maintenance & Equipment Operator

The Silver Spur at the Bell Ranch is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our ranch team as a Maintenance & Equipment Operator.

This is a hands-on position that requires assisting with the maintenance and repair of all types of ranch equipment, vehicles, buildings, fences, water systems, and other ranch infrastructure. The successful candidate will also help with day-to-day ranch operations and be willing to tackle a wide variety of tasks as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and maintaining ranch equipment and machinery

• Repairing and maintaining ranch infrastructure

• Assisting with general ranch work and seasonal projects

• Performing preventative maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

• Experience operating heavy equipment and agricultural machinery preferred

• Mechanical and maintenance skills are a plus

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
