Description:
The best way to describe Coasta is simple—he’s just easy! Easy to ride, easy to get along with, and easy to enjoy. Whether you’re checking cattle, roping, loping circles, or spending the day on the trail, this gelding is up for the job. Coasta is thick-made with a stout, correct build that everybody is looking for. He is fancy, fun and suitable for the whole family.

Coasta has a solid foundation with professional cutting training that shows in everything he does. He rides soft, stays light in your hands, has a slow, comfortable lope, and a big stop. He’s the kind of horse that’s simple to own and operate whether you’re an experienced horseman or someone simply looking for a dependable partner.

He’s been used on the ranch and knows what a day’s work looks like, but he’s just as content covering miles on the trail. His smooth walk, jog, and lope make him comfortable enough to ride all day, and his laid-back attitude makes every ride an enjoyable one.

Coasta has been used to turn back at the cuttings, push steers at the rodeos and has also been started on the heel side. He has all the tools to continue making a phenomenal rope horse, whether your interests are in the heeling, breakaway or calf roping. His natural athleticism, big stop, and willing attitude also make him an excellent candidate for the show pen, while his quiet disposition and smooth gaits make him just as enjoyable on the ranch or out on the trail.

One of the things we appreciate most about Coasta is how uncomplicated and well-rounded he is. He’s suitable for riders of all experience levels, has happily carried children as well as seasoned riders, and never gets fresh with time off. Pull him out after a few days or a few weeks, saddle him up, and he’s the same honest gelding every time.

Whether you’re looking for your next performance partner or simply a dependable horse to enjoy for years to come, Coasta has the foundation and versatility to fit a wide variety of programs and riders. For additional questions and information please contact Morgan at 615-854-6883.
