About Us

Hello,

We are Hunter and Devin McMillan, a young ranch family looking for a long-term position on a progressive Western ranch in Wyoming, Montana, Nevada, or Idaho.

Between us, we offer experience in nearly every aspect of day-to-day ranch life. Hunter is a professional ranch cowboy, certified farrier, range rider, horse trainer, hunting camp packer, and experienced hand with commercial cow-calf operations. Devin holds a degree in Agriculture Business and has extensive experience with commercial cattle, hay production, irrigation, welding, fencing, heavy equipment, and ranch maintenance.

We enjoy working together and understand that every ranch requires people who are willing to step into whatever role is needed that day. Whether horseback gathering cattle, putting up hay, repairing fence, maintaining equipment, feeding in the winter, or helping with the administrative side of the operation, we take pride in doing quality work and being dependable members of a team.

Most importantly, we’re looking for more than our next job—we’re looking for a ranch to call home. As new parents to our son, Virgil, we’re hoping to find an operation where we can establish long-term roots, contribute wherever we’re needed, and become part of a ranch community for years to come.
