Description:
We are looking for a seasonal farm/ranch employee from now until about November, that has the potential to turn into long-term employment with the right fit! Located outside of Helena, Montana only about 10 minutes from town.



We are improving the ranch to become a more efficient working ranch. This is our busiest season so hours will be long. Day-to-day operations include but are not limited to building steel pipe corrals, replacing old fences, upgrading/putting up new buildings etc. along with running cows and haying/irrigating. Hay operations include being able to operate tractors, swather and baler. This position includes heavy lifting and physical exertion working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.



We are looking for someone that is self-motivated, dependable, hard-working, takes pride in their work and respects/treats things like their own. Honesty is a must! It’s okay to not know or have a lot of experience, we can mentor and teach but we need to know the truth! You must also be teachable and have an open mind when learning new things.



Horses are used for cow work so you must be comfortable and confident horseback.



Mechanical/welding/CDL is a plus but not a must. Housing is provided. Pay depending on experience. Please send resumes to kc@rvranchco.com and please include references.
