Description:
Im looking for a job on a family owned and operated cow/calf in montana west of billings. Preferably east of the divide. No corporate outfits. I have been working on ranches for over 10 years with a few breaks doing other work such as construction and tree work. Before ranch work I worked as a mechanic, carpenter, welder, and did tree work/logging. I’ve worked on a few cow/calf outfits, a sale barn, and a feedlot. Worked in montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and northern Nevada. Brief stint in Texas, didn’t care for the climate. I’ve experienced all aspects of cow work from calving through shipping calves, and feeding in the winter. I’ve worked cows on horseback, on atvs and on foot. In big country and in corrals. Branded with crews dragging to the fire and used calf tables as well. I can do fence work, run equipment, weld and fabricate on a pro level, some mechanic work, chainsaw work, done a little haying and a little irrigating. Im almost 44, in great physical shape, non smoker, no drugs, light/social drinker. Definitely not an alcoholic or party animal. Im respectful, raised to be polite, but im not a pushover and I do have a spine and stand up for my beliefs. I am a follower of Christ and live my life in such a manner. No wife, no kids that aren’t grown, 1 working guardian dog, no personal horses currently. Looking to go to work ASAP. Call me at 4062416144.
