# NOW HIRING – Shop Laborer



**A.L. Silencer Inc.** in **Stapleton, Nebraska** is looking for a dependable, hardworking **full-time Shop Laborer** to join our team.



As the **leading dealership for Silencer Hydraulic cattle equipment in the United States**, we proudly serve ranching operations of all sizes across the U.S. and Canada. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and want to be part of a growing company, we’d like to hear from you.



### Primary Responsibilities



* Load and unload deliveries

* Inspect incoming chutes from the factory for quality control

* Assist with assembly and shop operations

* Work with hydraulic hoses and related components

* Safely operate hand and power tools

* Load, secure, and tie down equipment on semi trailers

* Operate large equipment as needed

* Assist with welding and fabrication (experience is a plus)



### Qualifications



* Experience using hand and power tools

* Ability to operate large equipment

* Basic knowledge of hydraulic hoses is preferred

* Welding experience is a plus

* CDL is a plus, but not required

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail



### Physical Requirements



* Ability to stand for 6–7 hours per day

* Ability to lift up to 100 pounds

* Ability to safely secure heavy equipment for transport
