Description:
Looking for an individual with strong work ethic, some horse starting knowledge but willing to learn and train along side our head trainer and other trainers. This is a full time, long term position. Housing could be provided depending on individual but has to be the right situation for both parties. We are looking for a loyal, dedicated guy that wants to be part of a top notch program. We train for ranch work, mountain and trail riding.



We raise 20-35 foals a year so we have lots of 3,4 and 5 year olds to ride as well. We prefer someone with some knowledge of natural horsemanship methods (along the Ray Hunt, Tom Dorrance lines of training).



There will be some ranch type chores included in this position as far as hauling and putting hay in the barn a couple times a year, some fence fixing and corral building, some odd and ends type stuff will be required but this is mainly a riding job.



We don’t require 7 days a week. We are generally 5 days a week but on horse sale weekends would be additional. We have stall muckers and barn cleaners but occasionally you may be asked to pitch in or fill in (very rare).



We have an indoor riding arena and over 10,000 acres to ride outside. We have a great staff to work with and this could be a great opportunity for the right individual
