Bridge R&E Ranches LLC is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled Agricultural Mechanic to join our team!

💰 Pay: $25–$50/hour (DOE)

🎉 Monthly Performance Bonuses

📍 Mobile & Shop-Based Position



If you enjoy working on agricultural equipment, solving tough mechanical problems, and taking pride in quality work, we’d love to hear from you!



What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2+ years of diesel mechanic schooling OR

✅ 4+ years of dealership experience (John Deere, Case IH, or equivalent)

✅ Strong diagnostics and repair skills on agricultural equipment

✅ Welding and fabrication experience (required)

✅ Clean driving record (required)

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔧 Repairing and maintaining agricultural equipment in the shop and in the field.

🚜 Helping maintain our own hay equipment.

⚙️ Fabricating and welding custom repairs when needed.

🤝 Working with a team that values quality workmanship and integrity.
