Description:
Pavex Corp is looking for a Full-Time EXPERIENCED FARMHAND to assist in hay production and other day-to-day operations on our ranch in southeast Montana.



Job Duties:



• Farming 200 acres of pivot irrigated hay fields

• Operation, Maintenance, and repair of haying equipment and pivots

• Building/repairing fences as needed



Job Requirements:



• Must have experience with all facets of hay production, including planting, cutting, raking, and baling

• Must have knowledge of and experience with pivot irrigation operation

• Must have experience operating various types of equipment, including tractors, swathers, rakes, and balers

• Must be able to work out in the elements in all types of weather and communicate effectively

• MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES - we are not considering candidates who need to be sponsored

• Mechanical and/or welding & fabrication skills are a PLUS and preferred

• Must have valid Driver’s License



A two-bedroom house, including utilities, will be provided along with weekly salary. 401(k) and 401(k) matching is available after a probationary period. Valid driver’s license and pre-employment background check required. Salary is dependent on experience.
