Available in late July early Aug. 1200 sq ft / two bed on cutting horse/boarding facility. Partially furnished. Looking to rent to a person able to help out / part time. Could be full time for a while but I need somebody who is stable in their finances as it will not always be full time. I would rent to you and when you work I will pay you separately. Fence building / Welding / construction and mechanical skills are valued. If you can ride well, there might be opportunity in that area. If you show cutters we might work something out. I would entertain one horse possibly but it does not come with the rental of the house. We stay full anyway. This is not your typical rental. This is an opportunity for the right person to get exposure to the horse business. Those who apply will be carefully screened. If you cannot pass a background, don’t waste my time. If you respond with one line that you are interested because you are out of work, you will not get a response. If you are not interested in the western lifestyle, this is not the situation for you. If you have had three jobs in the last year, this is not the situation for you. I do not want to be around lazy people. If this is you, this is not your thing.
