Good afternoon my name is Clinton Ray im 34 years old my experiences include Horse management, yearling, colts, mares and foals, studs. I’ve started colts and rode about anything that someone couldn’t get along with. Im soft in the face and cinch unless I need to go catch something or rope and doctor something sick in the pasture. I dont whip on one I treat all animals and livestock with the respect and cleanliness I expect, with that being said I also dont tolerate non sense out of a horse either other than occasionally a horse is going to be a horse somedays. I have extensive experience with cattle operations proper medicinal protocols, feed programs and just not being lazy watching for things and not walking past things that need doing in plain sight. Common sense if you will. I can operate most any equipment i also have a CDL. I present myself clean organized and dont bitch about anything really. Im in good working physical condition. What I expect from.an employer is to not be judged from past bad experiences. Reason being im searching for employment else where is due to a separation. I show up on time everyday. Ideal location would be in Texas Oklahoma or if your willing to pay for flight expenses I would consider elsewhere for a good opportunity. Im respectful and take care of everything under my care. I have experience managing employees and earning theyre respect by working right alongside of them. I never count myself to good to do anyjob.
