Forty Creek Ranch – Ranch Hand Position

Chelsea, OK (Northeast Oklahoma)



Forty Creek Ranch is looking for a dependable individual—or potentially a married couple—for a long-term position. We recently relocated from Southern Oklahoma and are rebuilding our established commercial cow/calf and cutting horse operation.



We’re seeking someone who wants to help build and improve the ranch while assisting with cattle work, equipment operation, fencing, maintenance, and other day-to-day ranch responsibilities.



We are willing to teach and help develop skills, but applicants should come with a basic foundation of ranch and equipment experience. Our goal is to get the ranch fully operational and set up for both our livestock and performance horses.



Preferred Skills:



* Fencing

* Welding

* Operating equipment (tractors, skid steers, mini excavator, etc)

* Cattle experience (Calving, Doctoring, Feeding)

* Basic horse knowledge

* Haying and field work (bonus)



We work hard, but it’s a team effort—everyone pitches in and no task is beneath anyone.



Housing provided.



No drugs or excessive drinking. Looking for someone dependable, motivated, and interested in growing with a ranch for the long haul.
