If you are looking for a horse that will make you stand out, not only for his looks but also for his temperament and training, then take a look at Blue Cheese. He is a 5 year old appaloosa gelding with such unique markings that people can’t help but notice him everywhere we take him. But his looks aren’t even the best part. Blue Cheese is extremely gentle and good minded, and broke the best by a very good cowboy. He has been used in the feedyard, has been roped on outside, sorted pairs, and has also been ridden in ranch rodeos by his previous owner. He has had a ton of riding and has been exposed to so many things for his age, and nothing bothers him. Blue Cheese has been on loads of trail rides with everyone from beginner riders to advanced, and he takes good care of his rider no matter their level of experience. He is 15.2hh and nicely built, with clean legs and good feet. Blue Cheese is easy to catch, perfect for the shoer, gets along with all other horses, stands quietly tied, and loads and hauls well. He has excellent ground manners and has never offered to buck, rear, bite, kick, or take off with a rider. Blue Cheese is young but always tries hard to please. He rides excellent out in the pasture and has been taught to move out and cover some ground. He is sure footed and will go up, over or through anything you point him at, and crosses water with no problems. Blue Cheese has been ridden the right way and is one hand broke with an excellent handle, a light mouth, smooth trot and a rocking horse lope. He is good on both leads, will sidepass, spin around and work a gate. He will ride out alone as well as with a group, will happily lead or follow, and has been ridden down the road and in traffic and isn’t bothered by it. Asking $10,000.
