Looking for a permanent job where we can put roots down



Looking for a cow/calf operation. Does not have to be strictly horseback but would like to go to an operation that has some horseback work, we do have some personal horses nothing fancy.

Have 25+ years experience in all day to day ranch work, welding, some mechanical, and have a cdl.

Wife does have experience working on the ranch and feedlot and would be willing to work on the ranch. Otherwise would like the ranch to be close to town (20miles willing to look at ranches father from town for the right fit) for her to get a town job and our child to goto town. Would like the job to be in Nebraska but willing to look at surrounding states



Ideal ranch would:

• Be able to run personal cattle after there awhile

• Housing

• Work Vehicle

• Insurance

• Be able to have personal horses

• Sane hours (7-5?) We do understand some days are longer than others depending on the time of year but we do have a family

• Hourly or Salary
