Description:
Looking for a full time, year round cowboy on a 400 head commercial cow/calf and 600 head stocker operation in SE Oklahoma.



Must be capable of taking responsibility for a portion of the operation. Must be able to ride and rope as we operate mostly on horseback. Must have at least two years of experience with either cow calf or stocker operation. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to drive a tractor.



This is a family operation so you must be okay working around kids. Couples and families welcome. Housing will be provided, salary of $40,000, plus benefits, and a small stipend for horse feed (if providing your own horses).



Duties will include:



Herd rotation

Feeding

Fixing fences

Identifying and doctoring sick cattle
