Description:
Hardworking and dependable ranch hand seeking a full-time, long-term position with housing on a family owned and operated cow/calf operation in SE Wyoming, Northern Colorado, or SW Nebraska. Looking to start in the early fall or late summer.



I have 3.5 years of cattle experience with a solid foundation in cow/calf operations, including calving season duties, feeding, sorting (on foot), gathering, fencing, basic doctoring, and general ranch maintenance. Comfortable with daily livestock care and used to long hours in all weather conditions.



I also have a military background, which helped build strong discipline, reliability, work ethic, and the ability to perform under pressure in demanding conditions.



I am still developing skills in a few areas, but I am motivated, teachable, and quick to learn. I am comfortable operating tractors and basic ranch equipment and am eager to continue growing in ALL aspects of ranch work (haying, irrigation, horsemanship, stockmanship, etc.).



I am specifically looking for a place that primarily uses horses for cattle work. I want to continue to develop my horsemanship, roping skills, and overall stockmanship ability.



I strongly believe in low-stress livestock handling and working cattle in a calm, efficient, and safe manner.



Ideally, my wife and I are hoping to find a place where we can settle in, contribute, and become part of the local community. Attending church is an important part of our lives and a priority for both of us.



Reliable, safety-minded, and ready to be a steady and dependable part of a crew.
