Description:
Larsen Ranch is a family owned commercial cow/calf operation located in northwest Wyoming. We are seeking a responsible, honest, hard working ranch hand.



Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

all aspects of cattle care - calving (including first-calf heifers), moving, sorting, doctoring, feeding



fencing



haying - large round bales



irrigating - flood



maintenance and repair - vehicles, machinery, buildings



Operation of tractors, haying equipment, backhoe, skid steer, hay buster feeders



Preference will be given to candidates with strong mechanical skills and flood irrigation experience.



We do most of our cattle work horseback, but we are not requiring it for this position. However, if the the successful candidate has the skills to ride, rope and doctor cattle outside, we will provide feed and pasture for 1-3 horses.



Wages will depend on experience. Housing, utilities, and beef are provided.
