Description:
Dashin Permafrost AKA "Frosty" 2019 model AQHA Palomino gelding standing 15.3h! Some horses look good in pictures. Frosty has the kind of timeless look and shape that makes people stop and take a second look: a strong hip, good shoulder, plenty of bone, and a smart, level expression. He is the kind that stands out in a group without trying. Frosty has been ridden through the kind of country that makes a good, honest horse — rocks, brush, creek bottoms, water crossings, steep hills, wildlife, ranch vehicles, and everyday road traffic. Tarps, flags, bridges, gates, tires, poles — he meets it all with steady curiosity and a willing attitude. In the arena, Frosty rides with feel and purpose. He has soft transitions, correct circles, a smooth natural lope, and a consistent, good-minded way of going. He stays connected when you pick up a rein and learns from what you show him, adding polish with each ride without losing his easygoing nature. He is completely proven both in and outside the arena. Frosty has had long days in the saddle and has been used for ranching, showing, penning, lessons, and everyday riding. He is ranch-proven, trail-solid, started in the heading, soft and broke in the arena, obstacle-experienced, gentle, and good-minded in every way. Around the barn, Frosty is exactly what you want. He tacks up quietly, stands patiently, hauls well, and keeps a calm, respectful demeanor in the stall. He ties, clips, loads, bathes, stands for the farrier, and settles in well whether stalled or turned out, alone or with company. If you are looking for a gelding with presence, ability, and years of real riding ahead of him, Frosty deserves more than a quick scroll-by. He is the kind people remember. Please feel free to call with any questions, and if you are able, come visit him in person and take a ride. That is the best way to see what a genuinely good horse he is. Frosty will sell with a 2 Week trade back satisfaction guarantee! Call Zac @ 410-259-5853
