Description:
Winchester is 9 year old blue roan gelding that has been everywhere from the team roping arena to trail riding and everything in between. He has been roped on in the branding pen and has drug countless calves to the iron. We have packed on him lots. He is a great kids horse and will take care of any rider no matter their skill level. Winchester has great black feet. He crosses logs and creeks with no problems. His disposition is unmatched and will truly take care of anyone from your grandma to grandkids. We have ranched on him a lot and had kids on him pushing cows all day off. We have taken him on a ton of packtrips. He hobbles with no issues. He neck reins flawlessly and side passes up to gates effortlessly. He stands for the farrier like a dream. Winchester is a flashy looking roan in or out of the arena and knows how to do his job! He has a fantastic stop that is an eyecatcher from miles away. You can lay him off for a week or a year and hop on and go to work he is the same horse! I have hauled him to rodeos and world series team ropings. He is super athletic and can make the corner on the heeling side like no other. He has had guns shot off of him and around him and would make a great mounted shooting horse.
