About the Role

PFC Ranches is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team in a seasonal, full-time Ranch & Land Restoration role through the summer and early fall. This position works closely with the Agricultural Operations Manager and ranch team to support daily operations and restoration projects.

Potential to transition into a permanent full-time role (not guaranteed).



Key Responsibilities

• Ranch operations: irrigation, haying, fencing, equipment/tractor use, limited cattle work

• Land restoration: invasive species removal, native planting, project monitoring

• General ranch maintenance and fieldwork

• Work outdoors in all weather and as part of a team



Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ranch/farm experience preferred

• Restoration, construction, or equipment experience a plus

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work

• Valid driver’s license (clean record)

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Authorized to work in the U.S.



Compensation & Details

• Full-time (40 hrs/week), seasonal (summer–early fall)

• $22–$25/hour ($45,700–$52,000 annually DOE)

• Optional housing available

• On-site transportation, tools, and equipment provided

• Potential for long-term opportunity
