I am currently looking for a new career opportunity and am open to positions involving ranch and agricultural operations, heavy equipment, diesel/mechanical work, maintenance, crew supervision, or operations management.



I bring many years of hands-on experience in ranching, agricultural operations, heavy equipment, equipment maintenance, and leadership. I’m not afraid of hard work, long hours, getting my hands dirty, or taking responsibility for making sure the job gets done correctly and safely.



Most recently, I worked as a Ranch Manager at Deep Creek Ranch, where I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of approximately 350,000 leased acres, along with roughly 700 irrigated acres. My responsibilities covered a wide range of ranch operations, including cattle and livestock management, irrigation, crops and hay, equipment, infrastructure, maintenance, scheduling, record keeping, and overall property operations.



A major part of my experience has been managing people and crews. I have experience supervising employees, assigning daily responsibilities, setting priorities, training employees, coordinating crews, and making sure work is completed efficiently and safely. I understand that good management isn’t just about giving instructions — it means leading by example, holding people accountable, solving problems, and making sure everyone understands what needs to be accomplished.



I also have extensive hands-on experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment, including equipment up to D11 size, along with experience troubleshooting mechanical and diesel-related problems. My mechanical background includes diesel repair, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, welding, fabrication, and keeping equipment operational in demanding working environments.



Before my ranch management experience, I worked in ranch and feedlot operations as well as heavy equipment and diesel work with Great River Energy. I also spent six years in the U.S. Army National Guard as a Combat Engineer, which provided additional experience in leadership, equipment operation, teamwork, accountability, safety, and working effectively under demanding conditions.

I’m comfortable managing operations and people, but I’m equally comfortable getting in a piece of equipment, repairing machinery, working cattle, fixing a problem in the field, or doing whatever is necessary to keep operations moving.



I take pride in being dependable, learning quickly, working hard, and seeing a job through to completion. I bring both management experience and hands-on experience, which allows me to understand the bigger picture while still knowing what it takes to actually get the work done.
