Description:
We are a young family looking for an opportunity to buy our own place. Both my wife and I have grown up ranching and have been very involved in each of our family’s operations and currently still are. We are ready to work towards getting our own place now though. We have a good amount of experience in most aspects of ranching. We are interested in helping an older generation rancher who cares more about passing on their ranch to the next generation of ranchers, rather than getting the most money they can get out of it. We would be interested in a rent to own plan, or a seller financing option, or anything really. We would also consider working as an employee for a time if there was a clear plan towards buying a place or buying part of a place and working to pay it off. We would consider most anything. We are mainly interested in the states of Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho but would potentially be open to elsewhere.
