Description:
Cobalt is a 7-year-old 15hh thick made true blue roan gelding. He has a very sweet personality and will meet you in the pasture or gate to get the attention.

Cobalt is a great trail horse. He is one that doesn’t care if he’s in the front, middle, or back of the pack. Cobalt will cross water, cross logs, go through mud, rough terrain, over bridges and is traffic safe. We have taken Cobalt on multiple trail rides, and you couldn’t ask for a safer horse. He will ride out alone and away from the barn and be dependable.

Not only is he great out on the trail, but Cobalt has also been used in the pastures to gather and sort cattle. He’s roped cattle on a ranch and dragged them to the branding pits and doctored cattle.

Cobalt will neck rein or you can ride him two handed. He will walk, trot, and canter when asked. He takes both leads and has a smooth lope. Cobalt makes mounting simple as he will stand at a mounting block for you to get on and will stand until asked to move.

Cobalt is currently shod all the way around. He stands great for the farrier, baths, tacking/untacking, and mounting. Cobalt does great in the pasture with other horses. He does great in a stall as well and has great stall manners. He loads in and out of the trailer easily.

If you are looking for a lifetime partner to add to your family look no further. Cobalt will take care of the whole family. Whether it be on the trails, in the arena or on the ranch. He has a very calm demeanor and loving attitude. Most importantly he is as dependable as any.
