Description:
Pass Ranch is a 6th-generation, cow-calf-yearling operation in the Sandhills of Nebraska, just south of Valentine. We are looking for a long-term hand or married couple for general ranch duties.



What we are looking for:

One full-time salaried position

One hourly position (hours can vary depending on experience)



What we do:

Feed, doctor, and work cows and yearlings

Move cattle both horseback and on 4-wheeler

Check and maintain fence, windmills, and other ranch infrastructure

Mow, rake, and bale our own hay meadows

Simple maintenance on equipment, pickups, tractors, etc.



What we offer:

One double-wide 3 bed, 2 bath home

Gas and Electricity covered

3 stall car-port

Care for horses

Beef
