Description:
We are a family owned and operated Ranch on the Rocky Mountain Front in North Central Montana. We are currently running 750 mother cows and 150 replacement heifers. Mostly a dryland operation with 350 acres irrigated. Our operation includes a trucking company and a Livestock mineral business.



The trucking operation consists of hauling cattle and hay. 4 trucks, 3 pots, 2 set of double hay trailers and one drop deck.



We are looking for a full-time employee. Experience not required but must be hard working, work well with others, self-motivated, responsible, and trustworthy. This is a physically demanding job. Duties will include calving, working cattle, fencing, feeding cattle, maintaining health on cattle, operating haying equipment, equipment maintenance. Most cattle moving would be on 4 wheelers. This job will ask individual be able to work long/unconventional hours during busy seasons and in all types of weather conditions.



CDL would be preferred but not required. We haul mostly locally in the spring with cattle. Almost all in state. Some out of state in the fall hauling calves. Haul hay mostly locally but depending on how far the drought reaches.



The mineral business wouldn’t require much help unless individuals are interested in learning the ins and outs.
