Ranch Position – Basin Ranch (Elk Mountain, WY) / Encampment, WY

Silver Spur Ranches is seeking a full-time employee for our Basin Ranch near Elk Mountain. This position will be based at the Basin Ranch during the summer months and transition to our ranches near Encampment during the winter.

Summer Responsibilities (Basin Ranch):

• Care of approximately 3,500 yearlings

• Flood irrigation

• Fence maintenance

• General maintenance of ranch equipment and facilities

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary BOE (based on experience)

• Housing provided

• Generous benefits package
