Description:
Cooter Brown is a gentle 6-year-old, sorrel mare. Although she is grade, she came out of the Horse Butte breeding program in Two Dot, Montana.

She has been my go-to for the last two years and has seen every aspect of ranch work. Don’t let her size fool you she is as tough as they come and is no stranger to a long hard day. I have roped and loaded all sizes of cattle on her and she never quits. This mare has branded lots of calves and is fun to rope on outside.

I have been riding her since she was 2 and haven’t found a job that she doesn’t handle well. I have even used her in the mountains and led mule strings on her.

She’s great to catch, good to shoe and hauls well with any other horse. This well-minded mare has always been at the bottom of the pecking order in the corral. I am very confident she could be a nice step-up horse for a younger kid or use her for yourself!
