Description:
Ranch is seeking a dependable, motivated, and self-starting individual to join our family-owned ranch and farming operation in Eastern Oregon. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate independently, and also works well as part of a team.



We are primarily looking for an employee to assist with farming, fencing, and irrigation, along with general ranch duties.



Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

   •   Building, repairing, and maintaining fence

   •   Irrigation setup and management (flood irrigation, wheel lines, pivots)

   •   Feeding cattle

   •   Assisting with haying and general ranch work



Qualifications:

   •   Strong work ethic and self-motivation

   •   Ability to work independently and with others

   •   Experience in ranching/farming preferred



Compensation & Benefits:

   •   Pay depends on experience

   •   Housing provided

   •   Beef provided

   •   Work vehicle provided
