Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read this. I am looking to relocate in or out of state, and am open to any opportunities.



I offer over 20 years of hands-on ranch experience with a strong background in daily property oversight, livestock care, equipment operation, fencing, water systems, and maintaining ranch infrastructure. I am dependable, self-directed, and comfortable taking full responsibility for the day-to-day needs of a ranch property.



Throughout my career, I have worked in year-round cow/calf operations where consistency, observation, and follow-through matter. Alongside livestock responsibilities, I have handled fence building and repair, water systems, equipment use and upkeep, and general property maintenance. I am used to staying ahead of issues—checking things daily, addressing problems early, and keeping the ranch running the way it should without needing direction.



I take pride in being reliable and steady in my work. I understand that a role like this requires someone who is present, pays attention, and treats the property with respect. I am comfortable working independently, managing my time, and responding to changing conditions as they come up.



I will also mention that my 27-year-old son, Kendall Mabry has worked alongside me for years and is a solid hand. If there is ever a need for an additional team member, he would be an asset, but I am applying independently.
