Description:
400 head cow calf operation looking to add a long term employ to our operation. Located in central Montana. Doesn’t necessarily have to have a strong cattle background- a strong farming and mechanical skill set is more desirable.

Duties include but not limited to:

Mechanical and maintenance work on equipment

Haying

Farming

Irrigation (pivots, pipe, flood, wheeline)

Fencing

Spraying

Some cow work

Some calving

Feeding cattle

Having a CDL and welding experience is also a bonus.

Must be willing to work long hours and at busier times of the year 6-7 days/week.

Looking for someone with integrity, strong work ethic, and good communication skills. We are adding a team member to our family and good character will be a must.

Will be able to provide housing for you or a small family. Pay is dependent on experience but we are competitive and we take care of people that take pride and invest whole-heartedly in our operation.

Must have a valid drivers license

Must have references.
