Description:
I am looking for a longterm/permanent full-time position on cattle ranch, for my family to call home.



Most of my experience is in cow/calf, and I have some in seedstock. I have worked as a Ranch Hand and a Ranch Foreman. I have experience in herd management, doctoring, fencing (barbed, electric, and virtual), calving, putting up hay, etc. I can rope off an ATV, haven’t had the opportunity to rope horseback. I can do just about any job assigned or observed. I have an extensive background is small and large equipment operation. I can work within a team and independently. Resume and references available.



I have a wife and three boys, the eldest is away in the Army. My wife has lifelong experience with horses, and a few years with cattle; she is more than willing to help with cattle work, fencing, etc. on occasion, or part-time at most. Even better if my sons can tag along for some things.



We have one horse, three well-behaved working dogs, and a mousing cat. We have lived remote, and do not mind it one bit. My wife homeschools our boys, and so we do not require schools nearby. We do require a three-bedroom home at least.



We are easy going and loyal. We do not require much outside of honesty, respect, and basic good manners around our boys.
